Please note that we will be asking for a receipt of purchase before any items can be replaced so please begin looking for that. We frequently carbon copy or blind carbon copy the retailer from who you purchased the item from to keep them updated on their customers.
One last thing, please remember that the person on the other side is a mom, just like you, and we will do everything possible to treat you fairly and with respect. Please do the same for us.
